Your Chance to Have Your Say (Again!) on The Shenley Park Consultation

Don’t Miss This Chance to Have Your Say on Shenley Park Housing Development!

Dear Residents

The revised Crest Nicholson planning application for Shenley Park  (Ref: 23/02180/AOP) is now on line on the Buckinghamshire Council Planning Portal, and public comments are invited.

This is your chance to say what you think and it is important to make your views known.

You might want to comment on traffic levels and rat running, along with the lack of accessible information on traffic assessments and highways studies for the layman to understand the implications of the increase in traffic, upgrading the A421 and mitigation plans for the vast increase in traffic from both Shenley Park and Salden Park, road closures (for or against) and the lack of public consultation, schools, green gap and preserving green space, etc., etc.,  and many more of your opinions both for and against.

The deadline for your comments is Sunday, 16th November 2025.
