a. To receive an update and agree any next steps on Shenley Park Development.
b. To receive an update on Shenley Park Planning Applications 23/02180/AOP (BC) and 23/01610/OUT (MKCC).
c. To receive an update and agree any actions on A421 study
d. To receive an update and agree next steps on Shenley Rd closure, including funding of traffic survey.
e. To consider and agree any next steps on requesting a name change for the Shenley Park Development.
f. To discuss any Bucks Council S106 progress including Salden Chase 20/01656/CONS.
g. To receive any update and agree any next steps on Shenley Dens development.
h. To review local planning applications; including any new applications listed on the BC Planning Portal prior to the start of the meeting.

i. To review and approve Statutory Paperwork, Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures, Insurance Arrangements, Risk Assessment, Asset Register, Delegation Policy and any other administrative arrangements.
ii. To review and approve the annual audit.
a. To note the report of the Internal Auditor
b. To approve Sec. 1 AGAR – Annual Governance Statement
c. To approve Sec. 2 AGAR – Accounting Statements
d. To note the dates of the exercise of public rights commencing 3rd June and ending 14th July 2025.
iii. To review the Clerk’s general activities and update for the period.
iv. To review any matters relating to Whaddon Quarterly
b. Highways
i. To consider and agree any next steps on a motion of support for 20mph speed restrictions.
ii. To consider progress and agree any next steps on HGV restrictions on High St.

i. Recreation Ground; to review any current issues and approve any next steps.
