A VERY BIG THANK YOU!
A very big thank you to everyone who came along to WPC’s Annual Parish Residents’ Meeting last Wednesday. We hope everyone found it interesting and useful, and a great opportunity to socialise with friends and neighbours.
Our Chairman Billy Stanier introduced our Cllrs, new and re-elected, and thanked retiring Cllrs, in particular Cllr White who has served 48 years on the Council and Cllr Hickman.
We were very pleased to welcome PS David Kuttner and PC Guy Richards from TVP who spoke about local policing matters; we also talked about Shenley Park Development, 20mph speed limits, parish boundaries, Neighbourhood Plans, news from the Whaddon School and the Village Hall, and many other interesting local topics.

WPC is always happy to welcome members of the public to meetings and answer questions and queries. The next Parish Council meeting is 7pm, 12th June in the Chapel School Room, Stock Lane.
