Important Update! Shenley Park

Important Update! Shenley Park Information Now Available Online!

This is to update you that Buckinghamshire Council has notified WPC that the outline planning application for Shenley Park is now available online for public viewing.

For the link and help with finding the application, please see below.

You will find there are (currently!) a stupefying 163 new documents (all listed from 17th February) relating to this revised application and Traffic Impact Assessment online.

This is a hugely complex scenario, especially around the key topic of traffic.

In the first instance the documents to focus on are:

  • ILLUSTRATIVE MASTER PLAN.
  • LAND USE PARAMETER PLAN
  • GREEN & BLUE INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN
  • ACTIVE TRAVEL PLAN
  • VEHICULAR MOVEMENT PLAN

Also of interest are:

  • Built Heritage Statement
  • Transport and access
  • Shenley Park DAS (Design and Access Statement)
  • Health and Education submissions,
  • Shenley Park Reg 25 Planning Statement

But there may be many more depending on your personal interests and priorities.

It may be a little too early to start submitting comments yet; and WPC will be working through the documents and will keep you updated and informed with help and advice over the coming weeks.

WPC encourages everyone to get fully informed about this development and the many different impacts it will have on our village.
