Update on Shenley Park Development
On 5th December 2025, safely ahead of the deadline, WPC’s detailed ‘objection’ response to the Shenley Park Development was submitted to Buckinghamshire Council.

MKCC also continues to object to the development (adding to their previous objections on 27 Nov 2024 and 9 June 2025) and although some progress appears to be being slowly made by the developers to overcome concerns, considerable obstacles remain; which relate mainly – but not wholly – to crucial highway, access, traffic and connectivity issues, public transport, Active transport, Pegasus and other road crossings.
The MK Highways response, whilst complicated in parts, is well worth reading to understand the concerns that are worrying everybody it would seem – apart from Bucks Council and Crest Nicholson the applicants! To access a copy click here: MKCC Objection Response
